DENNIS M. CATE
ASSOCIATE
Dennis worked in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire where he provided justification for a town’s first planned unit development and also prepared condominium applications. He has worked in land use and zoning in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
While Dennis was earning his Master’s Degree in Regional Planning, he researched and wrote a paper, funded by the Sea Grant Program, focusing on problem subdivisions in Coastal North Carolina.
Dennis is actively involved in his Parish and with his three children, including school activities, scouting, and various sporting activities where he coaches CYO track.
