Jason is an experienced trial litigator and a strong advocate for justice and his client’s rights. His experience, garnered in the courts of Ohio and Virginia, includes civil litigation, business, real estate, commercial and personal injury trials. Jason prides himself in helping clients achieve their goals by the most efficient and cost-effective means-but he is not afraid to advocate in a court of law when necessary.

As assistant and then prosecutor for the city of Hudson, Ohio, Jason represented the City in both civil and criminal matters in both state and federal courts. In addition, he has litigated numerous real estate, business, commercial, and personal injury matters—in state and federal trial courts and courts of appeals. Jason honed his ability to creatively develop solutions to client disputes through his active arbitrations and mediations practice. He has served as both lead trial counsel and appellate counsel.
