Since joining the firm in June, 2005, Lauren has represented numerous real estate developers in zoning and land use matters and in all other aspects of the development process including the preparation and negotiation of development agreements, subdivision and easement deeds and related development documents, and in the formation and registration of residential and commercial community associations in Virginia.

In addition, she also prepares various corporate and limited liability company documents and provides counsel regarding acquisitions, sales, mortgaging and leasing of commercial property.
