Lacey Compton has represented major developers in land use and other entitlement cases for the past 35 years.  He has represented the owners of large Residential Planned Communities, such as Dale City and Braemar, and major non-residential development such as Innovation @ Prince William and the Potomac Mills Mall.

Mr. Compton represented Legend Properties in the zoning and special use permit for The Southbridge at Cherry Hill (now Harbor Station) development.  The Southbridge proposal is composed of 3.7 million square feet of retail and offices, 2500 residential units and a Town Center to be developed on the Cherry Hill Peninsula in Eastern Prince William County.  Quantico Creek and Neabsco Creek bound the 1700 acres that comprise The Southbridge at Cherry Hill development.

Mr. Compton handles all facets of land use and permitting, to include site plan and building design matters.  He has handled hundreds of rezoning requests during his 35 years of practice in this area.
