Thomas
Duling has been a member of the firm since 1973, after a tour
of duty with the Armed Services and a short term of employment
with the Internal Revenue Service as an estate tax attorney.
He has devoted his practice to estate planning, business planning,
real estate, probate and estate administration, business transactions,
wills and elder law.
He has taught business law at Northern Virginia Community
College, been a lecturer in business transactions and planning,
and has given numerous seminars on wills and estate planning, elder law,
corporations and other forms of business organization.
He has also been deeply involved in community association
work for over 20 years, serving as general counsel to many
community associations.
