Jason E. Hickman was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1995. He has extensive experience in litigation. He first served as an assistant and then as the prosecutor for the city of Hudson, Ohio. He represented the City in both civil and criminal matters in both state and federal courts. Additionally, he has litigated numerous real estate, business, commercial, and personal injury matters. He has served as both lead trial counsel and appellate counsel. His practice areas include Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, and Criminal Litigation.
Mr. Hickman graduated from the University of Akron with honors in 1992, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law with honors in 1995. He was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association. He was admitted to the bar, 1995, Ohio; 1997, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio; 1997, United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; 2006 Virginia.  |
