Maryse C. Allen

PARTNER

Maryse concentrates her practice on domestic relations cases. She has a proven track record as a trial attorney and routinely handles divorce litigation involving complex issues including: equitable distribution of property, military and federal government retirement benefits, child and spousal support, as well as child custody and visitation. She believes in leaving no stone unturned in advancing her clients' interests and aggressively pursues court rulings and favorable settlements for her clients. Maryse is expert in negotiating and drafting prenuptial, marital, separation and property settlement agreements. Her practice also includes civil litigation involving contractual disputes and torts (negligence, fraud, and others). Ms. Allen has received the highest peer review rating (AV) given by Martindale Hubbell.
