His primary practice involves debt collection for home owner’s associations, hospitals, and other businesses. He also handles civil litigation in the areas of family law, landlord-tenant law, commercial law, and personal injury. In 2004, Mr. Occhuizzo graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2007, he graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary where he was a Graduate Research Fellow. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Prince William Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
