Real Estate

We represent clients in connection with commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, including the sale and/or purchase of real estate for future commercial and/or residential development.  This includes preparation and negotiation of contracts on behalf of buyer and seller;  representation of clients in land use issues before the County government; and preparation of declarations of covenants, reciprocal easements and use agreements among owners of mixed-use commercial projects and residential projects.  This practice involves the review of title examination reports, surveys and zoning conditions to determine permitted uses and any private and governmental conditions and restrictions on the use of the property.
