James has been practicing law since 1997. His focus is on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Estate Litigation. James is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S. Marine Corp. and he recently retired from a second career as a U.S. Diplomat.
Bill has been practicing law since 2013. His focus is on Civil Litigation. Bill will be handling a variety of litigation cases while continuing the firms focus on business and real estate litigation. Currently, Bill is the Prince William County Bar Association President for 2022.
Monroe “Mike” Windsor, an associate of Compton & Duling, L.C., joined the firm in 2021 after practicing law in Texas since 1987. Mike has been designated in Texas as Board Certified in Family Law. His practice with Compton & Duling will be in the area of domestic relations.
Since joining the firm in September 2019, Nicholas C. Erickson practices as an associate in the domestic relations practice area.
Chris represents community associations as board counsel and litigation counsel. He serves as counsel to clients and community associations in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Jason assists both developers and individuals as they deal with the numerous issues surrounding ownership, development, purchase and sale of real estate.
Maryse Allen, a partner of Compton & Duling, L.C., is the head of the domestic relations practice at the firm, and she is a frequent speaker at legal education courses.
A founding partner of the firm, Tom has devoted his practice to elder law, estate planning, estate litigation and business planning and transactions.
Mr. Rogers has expertise in commercial real estate transactions and real estate development, condominiums, homeowners associations, contracts, and more.
Assists businesses, property owners and developers with obtaining approval of rezoning, special use permits, site plans, and other government permits.
