With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Rogers has developed an extensive practice in the area of commercial real estate transactions and real estate development, condominiums, homeowners associations, contracts and joint ventures, leasing, and business transactions. Mr. Rogers has represented clients across the state of Virginia from the Tidewater area to the Upper Shenandoah region of northwest Virginia. Mr. Rogers handles the negotiation and preparation of contracts for the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate properties and land parcels to be developed as residential subdivisions, represents buyers, sellers and lending institutions in commercial real estate closings, complex loan workouts, feasibility and due diligence reviews, prepares retail and office leases, and drafts joint venture agreements for investment in business and real estate projects.
He has represented developers and individuals for over 25 years in connection with commercial site plan approvals, subdivision plan approvals, and other land use approvals and zoning interpretations before local governments throughout Northern Virginia. In addition, Geary prepares homeowner’s association documents, and commercial and residential condominium documents in all jurisdictions of the Commonwealth.
