James has been practicing law since 1997. He focuses on the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Estate Litigation. James will be working with our long-standing team of Thomas D. Duling, who has been in practice for nearly fifty years, and Tom’s paralegal Judy Keys, who works with Estate Administration as well as many other Estate related tasks.
James is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S. Marine Corps. He began the practice of law in the Marine Corps. in 1997. Recently, James retired as a U.S. Diplomat.
James has been actively engaged in the community and plans on being more active. He lives in Prince William County with his family.
